º Derógase el artículo 2º del Decreto 2147 de 1985, modificado por el artículo 2º del Decreto 965 de 1988. No obstante, las bases de inversión modificadas en desarrollo de dicha disposición se mantendrán para las entidades a las que así se les haya establecido, con excepción de la determinada para el Instituto de Crédito Territorial ICT; en consecuencia, el Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe, se subordinará a lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º del Decreto 1693 de 1991.
