º Elaborada oportunamente el acta mensual de obra y presentada la cuenta con el lleno de los requisitos legales, ésta se ajustará con los índices de costos correspondientes al mes de ejecución de los trabajos en los organismos que tengan establecido el sistema. Si el pago se efectúa después de 30 días de la presentación de la cuenta de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en este artículo, el índice de ajuste de costos aplicable será el correspondiente al último mes antes de estar disponible el pago a favor del contratista.
