Art. 5º Los documentos que se presenten en juicio por cualquiera de las partes, ó quien tenga derecho de intervenir en él, si no estuvieren en el papel ó con estampilla correspondiente, podrán ser tachados por la parte contraria al dársele traslado a ellos, y en este caso no serán estimados como prueba.
