Art 3.° Corresponderá á los Consejos Universitarios establecer Facultades y fijar cada año las materias de enseñanza, de acuerdo con las respectivas Ordenanzas. La extensión de los cursos no será en ningún caso inferior á la de los que se hagan en la Universidad Nacional.
