Contribución para salud del personal pensionado por invalidez. El personal del nivel ejecutivo o sus beneficiarios en goce de pensión pagadera por el Tesoro Público, contribuirán con el cinco por ciento (5%) del valor de la pensión, con destino al Instituto para la Seguridad Social y Bienestar de la Policía Nacional, como aporte para la prestación de servicios médicos.
