El registro de que trata el presente Decreto es una obligación que deben cumplir los funcionarios encargados de él. Luego de hacer una inscripción, expedirán gratuitamente a los interesados copia de acta respectiva. Por toda copia que se solicita posteriormente tendrán derecho a devengar la cantidad de cincuenta centavos ($0.50) moneda corriente. No podrá cobrarse derecho o emolumento alguno por extender las partidas ni por la asistencia del funcionario a la celebración del matrimonio.
