Si el deudor no presentare la cuanta reformada en el término que se le señale, y de acuerdo con las objeciones aceptadas, el Juez nombrará un perito contador para que haga la reforma en el término que le señale, a costa del deudor.

Presentada la cuenta reformada por el perito contador y de acuerdo con lo ordenado, el Juez aprobará las cuentas.
