Amplíase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1999 el plazo previsto en los Decretos 646 de 1998 y 2394 del mismo año, para la identificación plena y jurídica de los bienes afectos a la actividad de transporte de gas relacionados en el artículo 1º del Decreto 646 de 1998, para la suscripción de las actas de entrega y transferencia de tales bienes, y para la entrega y transferencia de los derechos de servidumbre que tengan por objeto exclusivo la instalación, operación o mantenimiento de dichos bienes.
