La Corte Plena en lo Civil se denominará Sala Civil de única instancia, y se compondrá de cinco Magistrados, así los tres de la Sala de Negocios Generales y dos de la Sala de Casación Civil, tomados para cada negocio, por turno, conforme al orden alfabético de apellidos.
