El Juez de la Interventoría de Precios observará el procedimiento señalado en los artículos 623, 625, 626, 627, 628, 629, 630, y 631 del Código de Procedimiento Penal. La segunda instancia, se ventilará ante la Sala de lo Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia. No habrá segunda instancia, cuando la multa impuesta no sea mayor de tres mil pesos ($3.000.00).
