Deducidas las cantidades que deban mantenerse en dinero efectivo y en valores de inmediata realización, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el artículo 14 del Decreto 3118 de 1968 y las que se destinen a préstamos e inversiones para vivienda de los empleados oficiales beneficiarios del Fondo Nacional del Ahorro, el Gobierno determinará la inversión del saldo de los recursos.
