Los términos de las actuaciones y de los recursos interpuestos relacionados con la revocatoria de la autorización o la intervención para liquidar, se suspenderán a partir de la remisión al Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud y hasta tanto, éste comunique a la entidad competente su concepto. La decisión del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud, sólo podrá limitarse a conceptuar sobre la favorabilidad o no de la solicitud o de la decisión objeto de recurso.
