Retención de la tarjeta de operación . Las autoridades de tránsito y transporte sólo podrán retener la tarjeta de operación en caso de vencimiento de la misma, debiendo remitirla a la autoridad que la expidió para efectos de la apertura de la investigación correspondiente.
