NORMAS LABORALES DEL CUERPO DE CUSTODIA Y VIGILANCIA. Los miembros del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional de la Dirección General de Prisiones del Ministerio de Justicia que se incorporen a la planta de personal del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario -INPEC-, conservarán el mismo régimen laboral que les es aplicable al momento en que se efectúen las incorporaciones. Así mismo dicho régimen laboral le será aplicable a los funcionarios que en el futuro se vinculen a esta entidad.
