Reclamaciones. Durante el día hábil siguiente a la publicación del resultado del escrutinio, los candidatos podrán presentar reclamaciones por escrito, las cuales serán atendidas por el Subdirector de Gestión de Talento Humano o quien haga sus veces, dentro del término máximo de cinco (5) días hábiles. Resueltas las reclamaciones, la elección quedará en firme y el Subdirector de Gestión de Talento Humano o quien haga sus veces, publicará el resultado definitivo de las votaciones.
