Cuando en un concurso se programe entrevista, esta no podrá tener un valor superior al quince por ciento (15%) dentro de la calificación definitiva y el jurado calificador será integrado por un mínimo de tres (3) personas, cuyos nombres deberán darse a conocer con un mínimo tres (3) días de antelación a su realización. La entrevista deberá grabarse en medio magnetofónico, la cual se conservará en el archivo del concurso por un término no inferior a seis (6) meses, contados a partir de la fecha de expedición de la lista de elegibles. El jurado deberá dejar constancia escrita de las razones por las cuales descalifican o aprueban al entrevistado.
