Los prestadores de servicios turísticos en el departamento Archipiélago deberán registrarse y obtener permiso de la Secretaría de Turismo Departamental. Este permiso reemplaza para todos los efectos el Registro Nacional de Turismo. El Secretario de Turismo Departamental deberá informar al Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo sobre los permisos otorgados en el departamento Archipiélago.
