Articulo segundo . El Gobierno Nacional destinará para la suscripción y pago de acciones

a)

El producido el recaudo de los impuestos a que se refieren los Decretos 2597 y 2738 de 1956, durante los años de 1957 y 1958.

b)

El valor del patrimonio del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, que se incorpora a la entidad a que se refiere el artículo anterior, y

c)

Los demás recursos, acciones o activos que determine el Gobierno.
