Las empresas de que trata el artículo anterior están obligadas a costear permanentemente estudios de especialización técnica relacionados con su actividad característica, en establecimientos nacionales o extranjeros, a sus trabajadores o a los hijos de éstos a razón de uno por cada quinientos (500) trabajadores o fracción superior a doscientos cincuenta (250).
