Art. 8.° Siempre que un vendedor ó expendedor de papel sellado juzgue que el que tiene en su poder no es suficiente para el trimestre. Siguiente, pedirá el que le falte al empleado que deba proveerlo de él, con la| anticipación necesaria, para que en ningún caso tenga que habilitar papel.
