o A partir de la vigencia de este decreto, los Gerentes Generales o Presidentes de los Bancos del Estado, Popular, Cafetero, Caja Agraria y el Director del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, tendrán un sueldo básico mensual de dos millones doscientos mil pesos ($2.200.000) moneda corriente. Los Subgerentes o Vicepresidentes de estas entidades tendrán la remuneración que les fije la Junta Directiva, que no podrá ser superior a la del Representante Legal.
