El Artículo 14 de la Constitución quedará así:
ARTÍCULO 14.
La calidad de ciudadano en ejercicio es condición previa indispensable para elegir y ser elegido y para desempeñar empleos públicos que lleven anexa autoridad o jurisdicción. Sin embargo, la función del sufragio y la capacidad para ser elegido popularmente, se reservan a los varones.
