Art. 1.º Se destinan para usos públicos de la Nacion los terrenos comprendidos entre el 6.º y 7.º paralelos Norte y el 3.º. Este, en la costa del Pacífico, desde la ensenada de Utría hácia el Sud, hasta la bahía Cupica hácia el Norte, señalando estos puntos la longitud apropiada.
