De conformidad con los plazos establecidos, la Superintendencia Bancaria, de Sociedades y del Subsidio Familiar deberán consignar en la Tesorería General de la República los dineros que por concepto de vigilancia recibe de los bancos, sociedades y cajas de compensación familiar, dentro de los 10 días hábiles siguientes a su recaudo.
