Artículo único. El Acuerdo número 03 de 1966 (febrero 21), del Consejo Intendencial de San Andrés y Providencia, sobre el presupuesto de rentas y gastos para la vigencia fiscal 1966-1967, quedará así: ACUERDO NUMERO 03 DE 1966 (febrero 21) por el cual se fija el presupuesto de rentas y gastos de la Intendencia Nacional de San Andrés y Providencia, para la vigencia fiscal comprendida entre el primero (1°) de abril de 1966 y el treinta y uno (31) de marzo de 1967. El Consejo Intendencial de San Andrés y Providencia, en uso de sus atribuciones legales, y en especial de las que le confiere la Ley 2a de 1943 y sus Decretos reglamentarios números 2451 del mismo año y 3272 de 1962, ACUERDA:
