El Consejo Directivo de cada Facultad o Escuela estará integrado así:

El Decano o Director quien lo presidirá:

Un Profesor Jefe de Sección designado por el Consejo Superior Universitario;

Un Profesor elegido por el profesorado de la respectiva Facultad o escuela;

Un alumno elegido por el estudiantado de la respectiva Facultad o escuela;

Un exalumno graduado de la respectiva Facultad o escuela designado por las Asociaciones Profesionales Nacionales de la correspondiente profesión, reconocidas legalmente.
