Para los efectos del artículo 376 del código de comercio, las sociedades Por acciones deberán inscribir en el registro mercantil, los aumentos del Capital suscrito, dentro del mes siguiente al vencimiento de la oferta Para suscribir. Así mismo deberá, registrarse en monto del capital pagado, dentro del mes Siguiente aumento del plazo para el pago de las acciones suscritas o al Termino de la oferta de suscripción, según se trate. Para tal fin se inscribirá en la cámara de comercio con jurisdicción en el Lugar del domicilio principal de la sociedad, una certificación suscrita Por el revisor fiscal.
