Solamente las personas que cumplan los requisitos exigidos en el presente Decreto, podrán utilizar la denominación de Comisionistas de Bolsa. Quien infrinja esta disposición incurrirá en multas sucesivas de cien mil pesos ($100.000) impuestas por la Comisión Nacional de Valores.
