Art. 8º Los reos sentenciados por los delitos de que se ha hecho mérito deben cumplir sus condenas en los establecimientos de castigo que designen los Agentes de Policía Judicial, ó en los que determine la autoridad que mande ejecutar la sentencia, ó señale el Gobierno.
