Además de las visitas que deben practicar los Administradores en las Recaudaciones del Impuesto y en las Oficinas de los Cajeros Contadores, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 5.º de este Decreto, dichos Administradores practicaran otras visitas extraordinarias, siempre que lo estimen conveniente.
