Serán sujetos pasivos y responsables las personas naturales o jurídicas que realicen exportaciones definitivas y/o que vendan hidrocarburos y/o carbón de las partidas arancelarias 27.01 y 27.09 que en el año inmediatamente anterior hayan obtenido una renta líquida ordinaria igualo superior a 50.000 UVT considerando las rentas agregadas de todos sus vinculados económicos según lo previsto en el artículo 260-1 del Estatuto Tributario.
