°. Otorgamiento de la licencia. Las licencias para la prestación de los servicios Auxiliares de Ayuda se otorgarán por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones a solicitud de parte, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en este Decreto, de las normas técnicas correspondientes a la planeación del espectro radioeléctrico y las demás normas que sean aplicables.
