º El artículo 19 del Decreto número 2069 de 1931 quedará a: Prohíbese dar a la circulación, con fines de propaganda comercial, o para cualquier uso análogo, imitaciones o facsímiles de los billetes nacionales, de los del Banco de la República, o de los empleada: como moneda por otras naciones, y en general, de todo papel que en forma alguna pueda dar lugar a que se le confunda con un billete representativo de moneda nacional o extranjera.
