Modifíquese el artículo 59 del Decretó 421 de 1982, así:

Los dineros que por venta de formularios, expedición de licencias de funcionamiento, expedición de credenciales de vendedor, multas, decomisos, etc., recauden las entidades concesionistas, previa deducción de los gastos de administración, deberán ser transferidos por éstas a los Servicios Seccionales de Salud de su jurisdicción dentro de los diez (10) primeros días de cada mes.
