Ámbito de aplicación por sectores del Régimen de Medidas Mínimas de LA/FT/FP y C/ST Están obligados a la implementación de un Régimen de Medidas Mínimas, las siguientes APNFD41 y las sociedades, empresas unipersonales y sucursales de sociedades extranjeras42 que pertenezcan a cualquiera de los sectores que se señalan a continuación, siempre y cuando cumplan con todos los requisitos que se indican para el respectivo sector, así como las cámaras de comercio bajo los parámetros establecidos más adelante:
