Artículo veintiuno. Los nombramientos de Magistrados y Jueces hechos por concurso no requerirán posterior confirmación en razón de lo dispuesto por el artículo 11 del Decreto 1698 de 1964. En consecuencia, dentro de la oportunidad revista por el Decreto 1922 de 1964, los Magistrados y Jueces a quienes se haya comunicado su nombramiento, podrán posesionarse inmediatamente.
