Article 21

Los Usuarios Tendrán Las Siguientes Obligaciones: A) Cubrir Oportunamente Las Tarifas Y Cuotas Que Por Diferentes Conceptos Liquida El Distrito; B) Permitir El Acceso De Los Funcionarios Del Distrito A Sus Explotaciones Para Comprobar El Estado De Las Tierras, El Uso Del Riego, El Establecimiento De Las Obras Internas Y La Clase De Cultivos; C) Ejecutar Dentro Del Predio Las Obras Y Trabajos Necesarios Para La Correcta Utilización Del Riego Y Drenaje; D) Cumplir Los Planes De Cultivo Adoptados Por El Distrito

Los usuarios tendrán las siguientes obligaciones

a)

Cubrir oportunamente las tarifas y cuotas que por diferentes conceptos liquida el Distrito;

b)

Permitir el acceso de los funcionarios del Distrito a sus explotaciones para comprobar el estado de las tierras, el uso del riego, el establecimiento de las obras internas y la clase de cultivos;

c)

Ejecutar dentro del predio las obras y trabajos necesarios para la correcta utilización del riego y drenaje;

d)

Cumplir los planes de cultivo adoptados por el Distrito.
