supplements decreto 624/89

Adiciónese el Estatuto Tributario con el siguiente artículo así:

Artículo 404-1. Retención en la fuente por premios. La retención en la fuente sobre los pagos o abonos en cuenta por concepto de loterías, rifas, apuestas y similares se efectuará cuando el valor del correspondiente pago o abono en cuenta sea superior a quinientos mil pesos ($500.000.oo) (valor año base 1998).
