Actuación administrativa. Los representantes legales de las entidades públicas señaladas en el artículo 2.5.6.2. del presente decreto, declararán mediante acto administrativo el cumplimiento de alguna o algunas de las causales señaladas en el artículo anterior, con base en un informe detallado de la causal o las causales por las cuales se depura, previa recomendación del Comité de Cartera que exista en la entidad o el que para el efecto se constituya.
