º. El personal de soldados o grumetes de las Fuerzas Militares que sufran una lesión que disminuya su capacidad de trabajo, gozará de los mismos beneficios establecidos en el Título I Capítulo II del Decreto 1463 de 1956 sobre prevención, protección y rehabilitación con el fin de que sea reivindicado para el trabajo, h asta donde sea posible.
