Las partidas de que trata el artículo anterior, se entregarán al Tesorero Municipal de Guarne y lo pertinente al Mayordomo de Fábrica de la Parroquia, previa constitución de la fianza que señale la Contraloría General de la República, a la cual se rendirán las cuentas sobre las inversiones, conforme a la Ley.
