° Los representantes del gremio patronal serán designados así: uno por la Sociedad de Agricultores de Colombia y otro por el Comité Nacional de Cafeteros. Los del gremio obrero serán sorteados por el Ministerio de Industrias entre los candidatos que presenten las asociaciones de obreros y de empleados que gocen de personería jurídica, a razón de uno por cada una de dichas asociaciones.
