Las penas de interdicción temporal de las funciones públicas, y la de suspensión de la facultad de ejercer una profesión u oficio, establecida para cada infracción, se aplicarán íntegramente, siempre que su duración total no exceda de siete años, Si se tratare de interdicción, o tres, si se tratare de suspensión.
