Modifícase el artículo 6º de la Ley 69 de 1993, el cual quedará así: "Créase el Fondo Nacional de Riesgos Agropecuarios el cual tendrá el tratamiento de Fondo-Cuenta administrado por el Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, Finagro, o quien haga sus veces, sin personería jurídica ni planta de personal."
