Artículo primero . Las cartas de crédito transferibles no podrán negociarse mediante endoso. Su transferencia se hará con aplicación de las normas sobre cesión de créditos personales. En consecuencia, la negociación no produce efecto contra el obligado ni contra terceros, mientras no sea notificada por el cesionario al establecimiento de crédito.
