Los grados que el Gobierno Nacional otorgue a los Ofíciales de la Policía Nacional, a partir del grado de Capitán se consideraran títulos, profesionales para todos los efectos y, por lo tanto habilitarán a quienes, los posean para el desempeño, de funciones públicas en cargos que de acuerdo con las; correspondientes disposiciones orgánicas o estatutarias, exijan acreditar tales títulos.'
