Si un mismo individuo fuere objeto de solicitudes de extradición por parte de dos o mas Estados, será preferido, tratándose de un mismo hecho, el pedido del país en cuyo territorio fue cometida la infracción; y si se tratare de hechos diversos, el pedido que versare sobre infracción mas grave. En caso de igual gravedad, será preferido el Estado que presentó la primera solicitud de extradición.
