Los funcionarios con derechos de carrera que no sean incorporados en la planta de personal adoptada en el presente decreto podrán acogerse a lo previsto en el artículo 44 de la Ley 909 de 2004, el artículo 28 del Decreto 760 de 2005 y los artículos 87 y siguientes del Decreto 1227 de 2005 y demás normas concordantes.
