Art ículo 4º Sí el denunciante de una mina no hiciere practicar dentro del termino de un año después de presentado el denuncio las diligencias conducentes á darle curso á éste, la mina se tendrá por abandonada. Esta disposición comprende las minas que estén denunciadas actualmente.
