Cada Departamento tendrá derecho a tres becas, por lo menos, para alumnos de la Escuela.

Parágrafo

Los alumnos de la Escuela de Policía que ocupen las becas destinadas a los Departamentos, prestarán a estos de preferencia los años de servicio a que están obligados.
